Quotes and pricing

Prices, lead times, dimensions, and product specifications shown on this site are for reference and subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep them accurate, but small errors do happen and the market shifts.

A written quote we send to you (PDF or otherwise) is valid for the period stated on that quote document — typically thirty days unless otherwise specified.

A signed order, purchase agreement, or other written contract is the binding agreement between us. Information on this website, even when accurate, is not itself a contract.

Product information and photos

Building photos, product images, color swatches, and dimension diagrams on this site are representative. Actual products and finishes are confirmed in the quote and order documents. Final dimensions, materials, gauges, paint systems, and warranty terms come from those documents, not the website.

Your use of the site

By using this site, you agree to:

• Not attempt to break, scrape, automate, overload, or otherwise interfere with the site.
• Not use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timber Building Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site itself is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you have paid us for site-related services in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
