Trim is what turns a metal building from “wrapped” to “finished.” We make trim in stock 10'6" lengths and custom up to 20', color-matched to every panel we stock — plus the small parts that make a roof actually shed water.

How It Comes

Stock or custom. Same color match.

10'6" stock

10'6" is the rack length. Right for most rake, eave, and corner trim runs on standard buildings. Same color as the panel, ships with the order.

Custom up to 20'

For longer runs — long eaves, continuous rake on a deep building, or anywhere a seam would land in a visible spot — we bend custom trim up to 20'. Same color match, same paint system, same warranty. Tell us the run length when you call.

The Small Parts

Accessories that come with the order.

A roof is only as good as how it's fastened, sealed, and detailed. We stock the accessories that finish the job — color-matched where it matters, mil-spec where it doesn't.

Screws

Color-matched fasteners with EPDM washers. Galvanized shank, paint-matched head. Specified to panel gauge.

Closures

Foam and metal closures for ridge, eave, and rake. Seal panel profiles against wind-driven rain.

Pipe boots

Flashing boots for vents, stacks, and roof penetrations. Sized to pipe diameter.

Caulk

Sealant for laps, terminations, and trim joints. Color-matched options for visible seams.

Snow guards

For climates that need them. Hold snow in place until it melts rather than dropping it on whatever's below.

How do I know what trim lengths I need?

Measure the runs — rake, eave, corner, and any transitions. Send us those numbers with your panel order and we'll cut the trim list. For most standard buildings, stock 10'6" lengths cover everything. Custom lengths come in when a single uninterrupted run is longer than that.

Do you stock all the accessories or do they ship separately?

Screws, closures, boots, caulk, and snow guards stock at the yard. They go out on the same delivery as the panels and trim. One load, one ticket.

Can you match trim to panels from a different supplier?

We can get close, but we won't promise a perfect match. Paint formulas vary between manufacturers, and what looks identical in a swatch can drift visibly on a finished roof. For best results, trim and panels from the same source — that's the only way to guarantee the color holds.
