The short version:we collect the information you give us through the quote form so we can respond to you. We don't sell, trade, or share it with marketers. We don't run Google Analytics or advertising pixels on this site. Here's the long version.

Who we are

What we collect

From the quote form. When you submit the form on this site, we receive: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, city, state, the message you wrote, and (if applicable) which building package you were viewing. The URL you came in on may also carry tracking codes (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) that tell us whether you found us through search, an ad, or a partner referral.

From your visit.Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard web-server logs that include IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and requested pages. These logs are used for security and performance monitoring and are retained per Vercel's retention policy.

What we don't collect. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, retargeting cookies, or marketing automation tools on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request.
• To save your inquiry in our internal customer database so our team can follow up.
• To prepare and send you a quote document if your project moves forward.
• To notify our internal team that a new lead has come in.

We do not use your information for marketing email, list rentals, targeted advertising, or anything else not related to responding to your inquiry.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. Each one only sees the information needed to do its specific job:

• Supabase — our database provider. Your inquiry is stored on their infrastructure.
• Resend — our transactional email service. They deliver the new-lead notification to our team and any quote PDFs we send you.
• Vercel — our web hosting and edge network. They see request logs at the infrastructure level.

Beyond these processors, we don't share your information with anyone. We don't sell it, trade it, or rent it to data brokers, advertisers, or list aggregators.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable follow-up window after that. For inquiries that don't lead to a project, we typically retain the record for up to five years before anonymizing or deleting it. You can ask us to delete your record sooner — see below.

Your choices

You can email us at sales@timberbco.com to:

• Ask what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your record.
• Ask us not to follow up with you about your inquiry.

We'll respond within thirty days. Privacy rights vary by state — if your state grants additional rights beyond what's listed here, contact us and we'll honor them.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under thirteen, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use standard industry safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled database storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you've given us your email and the change materially affects you, we'll let you know directly.
